Keith Powers is a Southern California REALTOR® who has focused exclusively on short-term-rental real estate since he was licensed in October 2013. He is the founder and broker-owner of Powers Realty Group Inc. and works under Alta Realty Group. His STR practice is listing-focused and serves owners across the Coachella Valley and High Desert, with occasional assignments in Anaheim.

Before real estate, Keith was a licensed Financial Advisor with New York Life. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and has more than 40 years of experience leading regional and national sales and marketing teams. That background shapes an analytical approach to STR listings: comparable sales establish real-property value, while operating data helps explain the business opportunity to qualified prospects.
