 The Indio real estate market is currently favoring buyers, with a 6.6-month supply of homes available. This level of inventory suggests a slower-paced market where buyers have more options and some negotiating power.


Homes are spending an average of 45 days on the market, indicating a relatively brisk selling pace compared to nearby areas. Sellers are receiving approximately 95.8% of their original asking price, reflecting a slight room for negotiation but still showing solid demand.


As of early 2025, the median sale price in Indio remains stable, although individual property performance may vary based on pricing and condition. Sellers should be aware that competitive pricing and attractive property presentation are key to securing offers in today's more balanced market. Buyers, meanwhile, are finding more opportunities with a wider selection and slight negotiation margins.
