Anda diligently conducts daily MLS searches across all SoCal markets to find exceptional properties suitable for Short-Term Rentals (STRs).  When a property meeting our criteria is identified, Anda collaborates with our trusted partners, Revedy and AirDNA, to gather projected Revenue and Occupancy Rate data.  If the property will generate a 10% cap rate or greater, the STR is added to our webpage estabilished exclusively for our Short-Term Rental investors.
